I live in Visitacion Valley and voted against Prop. K. Were any land surveys conducted to support the potential development of a park or is there an environmental impact report? It seems apparent to me, that this was a land grab -- whether for future highrise condo development, or a fantasy park. But, the park part I think is a ruse. It takes years for SFRPD to come up with plans. There are buildings in Golden Gate Park that can use facelifts and makeovers and there's always talk about privatizing, so where is the money? I think the affluent classes in the Dolores Park area and downtown were useful idiots who have been played.

Voters should have to prove they can read and actually understand what they are voting for. Locally and nationally!!!
